Their entire business model is built on the concept of enjoying well-made beer as a gift and sharing that gift with others.
Choosing to grow organically, they did not raise a large amount of capital and purchase the largest equipment, rather, they started with a few like-minded investors and opened a production brewery on the smallest equipment possible – a 1-barrel brewhouse
They’ve since scaled up to a 7-barrel brewhouse and recently installed the first High Efficiency Brewing System in the state of GA

COMPANY TO DO: Cherokee Office of ED was involved early on with site selection, permitting and zoning. Woodstock DDA expanding its downtown district to ensure that they had access to all resources during startup. City of Woodstock made zoning amendments and were very supportive and recognized the tourism impact this could make on the community.
